Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers.
  • Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Record and maintain customer details in the company’s database.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
