Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
