Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing internal communications and correspondence.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure confidential information is protected.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
