Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to the office. The Administrative Assistant will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and emails.
  • Organize files and maintain office supplies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
