Airport Representative

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet passengers at the airport and provide assistance with baggage handling.
• Coordinate transportation and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist with check-in procedures, including baggage checks and boarding passes.
• Provide information on flight schedules, airport services, and local attractions.
• Handle any passenger issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in an airport setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
