Airport Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Provide clear and courteous information to passengers about flights, terminals, and services.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed, including luggage scanning and passenger screening.
• Manage crowd control during boarding and deplaning.
• Handle any issues regarding lost baggage or delayed flights.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and obtain security clearance.
