Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using architectural software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, schedules, and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
