Assistant Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and project updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus
