Assistant Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Coordinator and Project Manager in planning and overseeing project tasks and timelines.
  • Track project progress and update project schedules.
  • Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing budget reports.
  • Assist in the procurement of project materials and resources.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
