Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Coordinator and Project Manager in planning and overseeing project tasks and timelines.
- Track project progress and update project schedules.
- Coordinate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing budget reports.
- Assist in the procurement of project materials and resources.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
