Bank Teller

Responsibilities:

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Promote bank products and services.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate cash drawer balancing at the end of the day.
• Resolve customer issues and refer more complex inquiries to senior staff.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
