Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to customer specifications
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating area
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
