Bell Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other belongings.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
  • Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
  • Assist with guest requests and handle inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with valet parking services if required.
  • Respond to any emergencies or urgent situations in a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying luggage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
