Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other belongings.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
- Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
- Assist with guest requests and handle inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with valet parking services if required.
- Respond to any emergencies or urgent situations in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and carrying luggage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
