Cabin Crew

Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers on board and guide them to their seats.
• Provide safety instructions and ensure all safety equipment is functional.
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks during the flight.
• Attend to passengers’ needs, including special requests and medical emergencies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues with a calm and positive attitude.
• Assist with boarding and disembarkation procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies.
