Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
