Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys
  • Provide product/service information and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance and call quality targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
