Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
