Call Center Agent – Remote


  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
