Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
