Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

- Achieve performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
