Call Center Agent – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
