Call Center Agent – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide technical support when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Meet performance goals and contribute to team success.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
