Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, or complaints.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
- Meet daily call and service targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
