Call Center Agent (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, or complaints.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.
  • Meet daily call and service targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
