Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and call quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
