Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone or chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex calls to supervisors when needed
  • Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center is a plus
  • Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
