Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Promote products or services when applicable.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout interactions.
  • Achieve performance targets and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
