Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet company standards.
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Create and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
