Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare a variety of meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet company standards.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Create and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role.
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
