Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and bylaws.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support board meetings and prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies on corporate matters.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support corporate communications and public relations efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the company.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate governance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
