Customer Service Advisor – Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and resourceful Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely. The Customer Service Advisor will assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide product/service information.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
