Customer Service Associate – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a customer service associate or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
