Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide product information and resolve issues.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Required Qualifications:
