Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
