Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.
