Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and remote communication tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
