Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-checking information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports and extract data as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the team.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
  • Perform routine data backups and ensure data security.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
