Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately into company systems or databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before inputting.
  • Update and maintain information in spreadsheets and company records.
  • Assist with preparing data reports when required.
  • Communicate with team members to resolve any data inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
