Data Entry Clerk (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries.
  • Update and maintain database records.
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for data.
  • Assist with data cleanup and management projects.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and information handling.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
