Data Entry Clerk – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into company systems and databases.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with generating reports and retrieving data as requested.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
  • Perform routine data backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
