Data Entry Clerk – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up tasks to ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data entry practices.
  • Generate reports and compile information as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
