Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service requests, orders, or emergency calls.
• Dispatch drivers or service personnel to locations as needed.
• Monitor and track the progress of dispatched vehicles or personnel.
• Maintain communication with drivers, providing updates and instructions.
• Record and log all dispatch activities.
• Resolve issues or delays and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software or systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
