- Ensure proper organization, filing, and version control of documents.
- Monitor document flow between internal departments and external parties.
- Perform regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance.
- Update and maintain document templates and control logs.
- Support staff with document-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
