Financial Controller

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The Financial Controller will manage accounting processes, financial reporting, and budgeting to ensure financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions.
• Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
