Food Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
  • Work closely with production staff to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in food quality control or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
