Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide professional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and order.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
