Front Office Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures for clients and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide information about company services and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
