Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating office operations and logistics
- Support different departments in day-to-day tasks
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Handle inquiries and provide customer support when required
- Ensure smooth workflow and address operational challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or logistics is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
