General Operations Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating office operations and logistics
  • Support different departments in day-to-day tasks
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation
  • Handle inquiries and provide customer support when required
  • Ensure smooth workflow and address operational challenges
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in operations, administration, or logistics is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
