Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Manage room reservations and update booking systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel booking software and Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and ability to multitask
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
