Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Manage room reservations and update booking systems
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel booking software and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
