HR Assistant

Job Overview:

Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Coordinate and manage training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
