HR Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized HR Assistant to support our HR department with various administrative tasks. The HR Assistant will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
