Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department. The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate HR training sessions and company events.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
