Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with IT inventory management and procurement.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an IT support assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT support software.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
