Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and update software and perform regular system backups.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with IT support software and tools.
