IT Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install and update software and perform regular system backups.
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset records.
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Provide training and support to users on IT-related topics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with IT support software and tools.
